IPU Academy and MSD are pleased to invite you to a Fertility Webinar this Tuesday, 14 October.

This webinar, hosted by Dr John Waterstone, Medical Director, Cork Fertility Centre, will be broadcast live on the IPU Academy learning management system from
19.30 – 20.30.

At the end of this course you will be able to:

• Describe the various options available for fertility treatment.
• Discuss the various steps in the fertility treatment process for a woman.
• Understand the role pharmacists play in fertility treatment.

Get ready to participate in IPU Academy’s first national webinar:

1. You will need a PC, laptop or tablet connected to good quality broadband.
2. If connecting via a PC or windows-based laptop, Adobe Flash Player is required to participate in the webinar. Download and install Adobe Flash Player in advance of the webinar by clicking here. (This should only take a few minutes to complete.)
3. If connecting via an Apple device, mobile device or tablet (e.g. iPad), Adobe Connect is required to participate in the webinar. Download and install Adobe Connect via the App Store or Play Store in advance of the webinar. (This should only take a few minutes to complete.)
4. Whatever device you use should have speaker and microphone facilities, e.g. Skype headset or separate speaker and microphone. N.B. These may be inbuilt in some laptops and tablets.

Participate in the webinar:

1. On Tuesday, 14 October, prior to the webinar starting at 19.30, log in to the IPU Academy learning management system by clicking here.
2. Click on the Courses tab at the top of the page, click on eLearning Programme and select Fertility Webinar.
3. On the course page, you will find the webinar link.
4. Select the Guest option and enter your full name and PSI number in the text box provided (e.g. John Doe 3232).
5. Click Enter Room.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions.

You can actively participate in the webinar by asking questions or making a comment. You can do this by either typing in your question or using your microphone.
